What Clients Have to Say

"Kelsey has helped me identify imbalance in my body and their source. She works intuitively and is able to find points of tension and stress, causing larger issues, that I didn't even realize existed! I am so grateful for her work and knowledge."
-Lily (client working through TMJ & shoulder pain)

"Since starting bodywork sessions with Kelsey I've become much more in tune with my body and aware of the tension I hold in it on a day to day basis. Being able to recognize where that tension is and relax the surrounding muscles is allowing my body to realign to a more natural and strong position again."
-Cooper (ski athlete training for competition)

"I came into my massage feeling stressed and overwhelmed. Through the power of touch and guided visualization Kelsey left me feeling relaxed, centered, and that I could handle life's responsibilities. She was kind, attentive, and I could tell she cared about how I was feeling. She created a safe space for me to work past difficult emotions and was very knowledgeable about what was going on in my body. She knew how to give a great massage, I had an amazing time!"
-Sasha (first time client)

"Kelsey is amazing! She works with my daughter who plays volleyball and has hip & shoulder problems. My daughter absolutely loves her! I would highly recommend her."
-Angela (mother of 16 yro competitive VB player, with SI & glenohumeral disfunction)

"Great experience & knowledge share"
-Lori (mother of VB player dealing with hip & SI joint point)
